International customer must avoid this accommodation facility

At mid night my wife along minor child and her parents reported to said accommodation for check in. But, the reception denied saying that the accommodation is not allowed for the international customer. Knowing that my family was at a loss. Even no refund was given from there. But, while booking in advance from agoda,com such restriction was not mentioned. This is a huge harassment. My booking ID: 43465****
